Most of the teams they played were physically stronger and had more experience. With the experi- ence received this year and a year ' s growth, these young men should be able to help the varsity foot- ball program in the years to come. Where ' s the ball? Jr. High Enjoys Successful Season The Jr. High football team really improved this year. They came from a 0-5 record last year to a 2-2-1 this year. The outstanding boys on offense were Dick Armington, Tod Groff, and Tim Charlton. The outstanding boys on defense were Mark Baker, Tod Groff, and Brian Snider, (a very promising 7th grader) Coach Auker summed up the sea- son with this statement; Real good teamwork to produce winning season.
