The Parsons' thinclads will com- pete in the Quintangular Meet at Pella April 23, the Triangular Meet with Iowa Wesleyan and Cul- ver-Stockton at Mt. Pleasant April 28, the Drake Relays at Des Moines April 29 and 30, a Dual Meet with Carthage at Carthage May 7, the District Meet at lndianola May l4, and the Iowa Conference Meet at Dubuque May 21. Mentor Young has l l lettermen returning to the track squad and a crop of promising new talent, which should boost Parsons' standings in the cinder path sporti Homer Jordan, Bill Jerome, and Bill Shumaker, all consistent point makers last season, will again wear the Parsons' colors and form the foundation of the team. The linksters. under student coach Robert l-l, Nelson, copped two matches from Iowa Wesleyan, finished eighth in state medal play, and fourth in the conference meet.
