Many cilizens of lhis communily allended lhis High School. They may have hoped +ha+ lheir children could go lo lhe same school where lingers 'Fond memories of +heir own sludenl days. Now, 'rhis can never be . . . There will soon be a fine new building for 'lhem lo aHend . . . Many years will have 'lo pass before il can fill lhe place lhal' lhe old building occupied in 'lhe hearls of +he communily . . . Hs rows of 'rrophies in lhe cases galhered over a period of a quarler of a cenlury, 'lhe long halls, lhe clocks, and lhe marks on lhe chairs and desks . . . These are all gone for- ever . . .
