Next year's team will have six of the first team back, losing Ramon Squires, Terrell Schenk. Gerald Eastwood, and Donald Gaarder by grad- uation. Ramon and Terrell were co-captains for the 1950-51 season. The Lettermens Club is one of several active organizations which has helped to make the history of this school- history that we can all be proud of. Q During this school year the club donated a diathermy machine to the athletic department and presented Mr. Small. athletic practice teacher, with a gift for helping the football team. Starting this year. the club will sponsor the Most Valuable Football Player award. Two players each year will receive this award. The players receiving it this year were Donald Gaarder and Howard Dale. Nadine Genger was awarded 55.00 for writing the best words to the fight song which was adopted by the school.
