During his years as an active member of the Fairfield faculty and coaching staff, Mr. Born developed a deep respect for the traditions that have made the Fairfield Schools outstanding in education. When he assumed the principalship this year, he was determined that these traditions should be preserved and extended. Www Wigan QMWJZ The task of our high school principal, Dr. Shaver, is to organize , to plan, and to main- tain proper human relationships. In these areas he finds many rewarding experiences , espe- cially when progress can be seen. Good human relations contribute to creating a desire on the part of students and teachers to do a bet- ter job. However, his job is often a lonely one when decisions must be made and administered based upon facts which he alone will or can know .
