The warmth of Mr. Mercer's smile, the sincerity of his handclasp, and the depth of his understanding have in many instances been the resolution of u dilticiilt situation, the unraveling of a complicated tangle. Cn his fairness, wisdom and judgment our school system, and through it the community, has gone and will, we are sure, continue to go forward.
