N1 .J K '. rms' - ,Hill Iwi! ri 45 We just received a bulletin from Washington that Senator Blowhard lAllen Spaldingl has just been re- elected Senator from Mississippi, His faithful aids are Junior Stewart and Robert Solomon. We were just in time to attend the Festival of Roses. The Queen was our good friend, Wanda Vaughn, Her attendants were Rosemary Tice, Helen Soward, Lucinda Wilson, and Wilma Wallace. At first it was a little hard for us to believe that the Queen and attendants were all old Fairfield chumsg then we saw the iudges - - Pauline Harris and Mary Belle Miller --- now isn't that a coincident?? Immediately after the Festivals were over, we parted, feeling very elated at having renewed our friendship with all of the Class of '-IS. Gordon must go back to New York to resume his part in Jack and the Beanstalk, and Mary Lou to meet the Rodeo in Denver. Dear Miss Lonely Hearts: I have heard rumors that I am a very popular girl. Should I believe the rumors, or is it really true that I am the prettiest girl in school? Beautifully yours, Emogene Price Dear Miss Price: You must remember that Beauty is as beauty does. That is the only way to compare beauty with others. LONELY HEARTS CLUB Miss Cupid Lonely Hearts
