Ei'- , iff -- ,fi-.- Elliott Jackson-President -K Carolyn Brooks-Secretary Patsy Homan-Treasurer g, K . . 4 Yes! we are the Junior Class. Usual- ly, when a class gets to be at the point of Juniors, they draw the fornial cloak of dignity about thern andbeconie very aware of the fact that they have only one more year before they are expected to become men and women. And so they begin to act not unlike men and women, BUT NOT US!!! Who wants to be grown up? Shoot, live like kids while you are kids. Have a ball, and that is what WE have done this past year. Our ice-cream suppers were so much fun and so successful, as well as our Chili suppers, and we brought up a strong Znd in the Annual Queen Race. This was one of the best years ever seen by our High School or ourselves for that matter, highlighted by the Junior- Senior Banquet, an evening of luxury, and the Junior Play, The Boarding House Reach , the funniest thing that ever hit town. Our year has been well led, by our class officers: Elliott Jackson, faithful president who had to be dragged to class meetings, Carolyn Brooks, our rattle- brained secretary, Patsy Homan, ab- sconding treasurer, and Kelly Hale, vice- president and Beethoven of them all!!! Mrs. Ruth Crowder was our ever-faithful sponsor, with patience and love, never ending. She was assisted by Mr. Glenn Kindle, who helped so much especially where entertainment was needed. All these things and all these people are a part of our memory of our Jr. year at F. I-I.S. Kelly Hale-Vice-Presitlent p -' --,. 11' 95 I Roy Lee Ar mstrong S L . .JSQV .X ' of . Through hard work and perseverance during the Annual Queen race we placed our candidate, Miss Pat Hamill, on the throne. To further prove our ambi- tion the Concession Stand was successfully run by us during Basketball Season with the help of our sponsors, Mr. Christian and Mr. Riley. Under the fineleadership of our officers, Jim Elsberry, President, Danny Hazen,Vice-President and Memory Mays, Secretary, we have had a very prosperous year.
