27 to This was one of the heartbreakers of the season. On October 26 Drumright came to Fairfax for a Conference game. On the first kick-off ofthe game Drum- right wen, all the way for 21 touchdown, but did not remain in the lead for long. The Red Devils Came back and won the game by Ll score of 63 to fi. On November 2 the Dewey Bulldoggers came to Fairfax. They had been a highly successful team during the season and were in contention for the District championship. Fairfax played one of the finest games ofthe seasm and emerged with a victory of 27 to 26. Next came the llominy liucks with one of the heaviest teams in conference history. They had only been beaten one time by the Pawnee Bears. ln this game the Red Devils faltered and came home on the short end of the score, 2 to 14. The last game of the season was with the Cleveland Tigers at Cleveland. This game was one we wanted very much to win for we had lost to Cleveland last year when we felt that we should have played a much better game. This last game was also dedicated to our seniors on the team and by the performance of the squadl believe they wanted the seniors to leave the squad with a win. When the game ended Fairfax was leading by a score of 33 to 7. - Ross Case. man, Tommy Dilbeck, lfdward Savage, Mike Martin, l'hillipNlorris, li.l., Balkman, Steve Crisman, Dyke Boone, Marvin Daniels, and Co-captain john Aston.
