Sopbo more lass Officers Since our class, the sopho- more class of 1056, happens to be in that in-between stage, being neither greenhorns nor upperclassnen, we were deter- mined to let the other classes know that we at least existed. lou now will probably ask just how this task was accom- plished. The answer is sim- ple--by working hard and long and succeeding in putting our pert annual queen candidate, Sue late, on the throne. Nle'll have to admit we were given quite a scare by those energet- Secretary-Treasurer, Sue Tateg President, jerry Mosierg Vice-President, Raymond Wilson ic freshmen but in the final windup, we won the race by a S90 margin. However, we don't want to leave the impression that winning an annual queen race was the sum total of our accomplishments. We, with the aid of our sponsor, Nliss Frank, ran the concession stands at all home basketball games. No, we didn't have a banquet to prepare nor a trip to go on, but we did have the important job of decorating the Stage for our Sister Sergeant-At-Arms,Cordelia Mahangflheer Leader, Betty Farreng , . , , Sponsor, Miss Mary Ann Frank. class, the seniors, for their graduation. We only hope the seniors enjoyed our decorations as much as we enjoyed making them. ln a few short months, we'll be upperclass- men. Toward that day we are all looking longingly.
