Secretary-Treasurer, Charlotte Kingg President, Tommy Covingtong Vice-President, Jolene Nicliinney. measure up to the banquets of preceding years, but we were determined to make unior Class Officers This year has been a very busy and enjoyable one for us, the junior class. .-Xt the very beginning of school we had one major goal in mind, which wns that of making the annualjunior-Senior Banquet the biggest and best ever. We knew we would have to exert a lot of energy if ours was to that effort. Of course, we knew several hundred dollars would be required if our banquet were up to par and we therefore put on the play, 'Here Comes Ciharlief' directed by Miss Stephens. During this play every class member had an opportunity to either turn actor, use the hammer and paint brush, collect properties, sell tickets, or prompt. Now the banquet has been given and our efforts have been rewarded. That beautiful night in May will always stand out in our memories as one of the most pleasant experiences in which we have engaged during our high school days. lt was then that we all got decked out in our frilly formals and brand new suits with our best guy or gal at our side and prepared for a never-to- be-forgotten evening. Soon the end of school will be here, September will roll around again, and we'll be walking our last milestone in dear old F. ll. S. May the coming year be as pleas- ant a one as this has been. Lheer L eader, Mike Marting Sponsor, Miss jeanneen Stephens. B
