Senior Class Officers As we prepare to march down the aisles Thursday night to receive our long-awaited diplo- mas, we look forward to the future with hesitant anticipa- -, tion and back over the last four I Q years with fond memories. Xle remember first of all that first day of school back in 1951 when we were lowly frosh, hav- ing at last reached high school. We looked up to the mighty sen- iors, admiring their every move- ment, and looked forward to the day when we would be able to take their places. We have now climbed the ladder and are on the top rung. Vice-President, Roscoe johnsong Secretary-Treasurer, Garreline llefling This year it was our turn to be President, Bill Chitwood. . . . feted by the yunior class with a wonderful banquet. As they did such a splendid job, we unhesitatingly turn the reins we have held for a year over to them, knowing they'll be in good hands. Our senior play was lots of fun and hard work but was a huge success. Miss Nelson, our wonderful sponsor, was always there, spurring us on to the very end. Soon our high school days will be over, but our business of making a Success of Cheer Leader, Tony Spearman, Sponsor, Miss Nettie Nelson our lives will be just beginning. We thank you parents, faculty, and fellow class- mates for helping us on our journey.
