During your stay at Fairfax, you will have shaped your own destinies, making of yourselves all that the material will make. A few of you will have played the more prom- inent roles of leaders, the rest content to follow. Regardless of your parts, you will have learned through your endeavors at scholarship, citizenship, and sportsmanship, the lesson to carry on and climb though the path be rugged. You will have learned that wisdom requires a working knowledge of many sub- jects including common sense and application, and that the success of your stay here will build a wider stepping stone for the future.
