olonial ouncil The Colonial Council is the legislative body of Fairfax. Its main duties are to supervise the expenditure of the school funds, to create special committees which may be necessary for operation of the Colonial Assembly and for the benefit of stu- dent body activities, and to approve the constitutions and rules of subsidiary organ- izations formed under the school constitution.
