French Club First Prize F.F.A. Second Prize The 1962 Homecoming Parade was led down main street by the F.C.H.S. Marching Band. An array of floats and pretty girls followed. The queen candidates and attendants adorned five convertibles, with our foreign student, Gurid, in a separate car. The French Club captured first prize in the float competition. The F .F .A. and the Math Club won second and third prizes, respectively . A better day couldn't have been ordered for the parade. The sunshine and gentle breeze lifted everyone's spirit. Our Gurid! Math Club Third Prize Wow! 19

A fourth quarter touchdown by Nelson Asper gave the Fair bury-Cropsey Tartars a 7-0 win over the Woodland Warriors in the Tarter's homecoming game. It was a defensive battle the first three quarters. The main reason for the low score was the bad weather. The entire game was played in a steady rain. The footing was treacherous. For this reason the longest run was a fifteen yard gain by Nelson Asper. Parents, our loyal fans Run, Paul
