It has been a pleasure to work with you. I sincerely hope that the experience and the events you have confronted in this past school year will prove valuable in the future. The school is charged with a large share of the responsibility for the establishment of the ideals and practice of such virtues as courtesy, thrift, kindliness, ambition, promptness, industry, and honesty. I believe that your past twelve years have given you these virtues plus the necessary fundamentals of education. Please understand that your learning does not stop upon graduation. Learning is a process which must continue throughout life if you are to take your place as an adult in this or any other community.
