WELDON JONES SIlI2l3l'iI7,ll?lldl?lZl of Caddo Parish Schools To tlle Class of 1932 GREETINGS We extend to you congratulations upon your achievement and your creditable record thus far in your educational career and tender you personal good wishes for your future. f7fLL-Q Superintendent. Nineteen Tll'L'7Ilj' To the Students of Fair Park High School: We have passed another milestone-we are one year nearer that ideal to which we have been striving. Be sure that your ideal is worth working for, and let nothing deter you in your efforts to secure the same. Try to do your task each day a little better than the day before. Here our task is the completion of Algebra, History, Science, and the other subjects of a high school curriculum- these tasks are but to train us for that greater task-Hthe liv- ing of a life. Our daily accomplishment as we go through our high school career will brighten our pathway, enabling us to better combat the obstacles that will come up in life. My wish is that your efforts during your high school days have been a labor of love, and may that fine spirit carry over into your life, making you a better citizen of tomorrow, hnally crowning your every effort with success. To those that go from our portals, may you continue that determination to do, which was so evident during your high school days, and l know your every effort in the school of life will be successful. Best wishes to all, 1 JAMES W. WAHD Prinvipal Clif? U l fig 'Z . ,,yW,,,,, f i 564, 'Pa HW 234. A2 , A ' 'W -w , , 1 I 1 . ' i..vf'1 , 1 if S W 1 5' 1: 7 I ., K 1 .. Snappy, rapid-fire action was the theme throughout. The special numbers blended with the jokes of the others, and the music of Mr. Hatleyls orchestra back of it all, certainly made a combination hard to beat. Particularly outstanding were the an- tics of Tommy Turner and lra Harbuck, end men, and Atlee Alston and Zack Hinck- ley as Amos and Andy, while the interlocutor was not at all inconspicuous, because of the many jokes directed at him. Back of all this was the director, Mrs. Alberson, with the able assistance of Tommy Turner, who were responsible for the presentation of the minstrel. CAST Inlerloculor . . HARRY LEEPER Chuck . . The story concerned a country girl, jet, in love with a young doctor, Robert. Thinking he loved someone else, she married a man from the city, named Richard whose car had overturned in front of her home, where he stayed to recover. ln the city one startling incident followed another, when Jet pushed Richard out of a win- dow overlooking a precipice, and then went blind. Richard, however, returned. and Jet, having found that he had married her only to serve his own ends, said that she would leave him. To llichardis chagrin, a dole:-tive appeared and arrested him for a famous jewel robbery. As a fitting climax. Jet awoke to had it only a dream, and was happily united with llobert, when she found he was true to her. 1 Safety First One month later. on Marcli lil, the same cast prescntcd another play.
