DR. ELBRIDGE C. GROVER After more than a decade of dedicated service to Fair Lawn and its schools, Dr, Elbridge C. Grover re- tired this year, On january 21, 1959, the citizens of Fair Lawn tendered him a testimonial in honor of his service. Through his efforts the Fair Lawn school sys- tem has grown to meet the educational needs of a com- munity whose population has more than doubled dur- ing his tenure.
