Everyone thought I'd settle down But not me, I'm still roming around. ‘A foreign correspondent I came to be And on many of my journeys. My classmates I see. Which led to a raid very unexpected. Doug Hill and Tony Hill are down south too. Professors in college they chose to be. Doug at the University of Florida as coach of athletics. Tony is at Bob Jones directing dramatics. Mary Frances Coggins, the author, has retired to her summer home. To finish her book, THE CRYSTAL DOME. Arlen Leonard is also traveling many places. And winning so many stock car races. Toward the north many of my classmates moved. Their abilities to succeed they proved. Sherby Cranford and Gaye Kearns are modeling in New York now. They're really making the money-----Wow! Haru Hancock, who always took her work to heart. Has chosen her career in Commerical Art. Barbara and Texie Underwood had their eyes on a star. Air-line hostesses they now are. Jo Ann Jenkins and Edward Kennedy are in the medical field. Their service to life, a bontiful field, A nurse at John Hopkins is Jo Ann Lending to Edward, a famous surgeon, a helping hand. Gary Surratt, a cartoonist well known. Working in Chicago his success has grown. Once while reading my paper I recognized these names, Lawrence Albright and Lawrence Leonard have risen to fame. Lawrence Albright is North Carolina's governor, newly elected. As secretary to Agriculture, Lawrence Leonard was selected. Shirley Watford, who was always quiet. Finds her work as a librarian just right. A few of my classmates stayed in the home town. But interesting jobs they still found. Shirley Hulin and Betty Sparks have a kindergarden to direct their attention. The name of it I will not mention. Ersa Hughes now spends her leisure hours Caring for her two children and her many beautiful flowers. Clara Sue Bryant, the smartest one of all. Is now in Hollywood having herself a ball. Bill Elberson, the guy with the ears. Has become a business success down through the years. Randall Hepler, with a degree from college. Became a great evangelist preacher; While our crazy Bugs Snider became a great science teacher. Betty Hill, whom we all knew would succeed. Is now a nurse, administering to sick peoples needs. Gary Kennedy is now a famous minster To help in the end is his intention. To succeed in the end was our aim! Success and happiness to all of us came. ROSA BUIE Class Prophetess
