The monthly meetings were held on home crafts, ter- rariums, valentine favors for a retirement home, a pot luck supper, Mother-Daughter Banquet and Style Show, an Easter egg hunt, a hayride and the never-to-be-for- gotten campout. Miss Zimmerman was the sponsor. SES events. SES co-sponsored the Christmas Ball, helped with Kindergarten round--and had a clothing drive with Ramona Olsen, Chairwoman. Student Council! As always this year's Student Council was sponsor for Home- coming. They decorated the tree in the lobby for Christmas and Ron Nissen served as Santa Claus at the annual Christmas Party. Some of the awards were cleaning supplies for graffitti on locker room mirrors, mittens for cold handed lovers, a supply of passes for a seventh grader, Mother's ring for Mrs. Bowen, band-aids for muffler burns, do-it-yourself splinter- remover kit, and a new laundry item for Miss Z. Grub Day was held with Kimberly Jordan and Eunice Hansen H.S. King and Queen, Mary Hennick and Robert Erickson Jr. Hi. royality, and Mr. Smith and Miss Zimmerman Faculty King and Queen. The S.C. also runs the pop machines and bought the radio for the stereo. The officers were Secretary Julie Han- sen, Treasurer Ants Kommes, V.P. Dennis Williams and Pres- ident Ron Nissen, Other members included Cristie Hansen and Mitch Schlater, Sophomores, and Dixie Thompson and Shelli Peppers, Freshmen. The advisor was Mr. Miller. 13
