Campouts, food, 3MA princess), the spring trip to the Pella Tulip Festival, and serving the FFA banquet were events of the FHA girls. The monthly meetings were held on home crafts, ter- rariums, valentine favors for a retirement home, a pot luck supper, Mother-Daughter Banquet and Style Show, an Easter egg hunt, a hayride and the never-to-be-for- gotten campout. Miss Zimmerman was the sponsor. SES events. SES co-sponsored the Christmas Ball, helped with Kindergarten round--and had a clothing drive with Ramona Olsen, Chairwoman. Four officers attended the State FFA Leadership Convention: Participated in the FFA Contest: State Livestock, Meat, and Agricultural Mechanics Con- tests. The FFA Chapter sold 543 boxes of fruit and had a slave auction to earn money. The FFA Star Green Hand was Randy Esbeck, and FFA Star Chapter Farmer was Craig Lykke.
