You don’t look that different since the day we met in class, But I know we’ve changed together from our years at E.H.S. Remember Prom and Homecoming night? Pep Club yells for maroon and white, Field trips and school bus rides, When everyone would all take sides Algebra, plays, chorus band and football too, Part-time jobs, summer camps, and time spent with you. Now it’s senior picture time, caps and gowns and such, Exchanging class rings and autographing yearbooks. As I pause with tear in eye It’s hard for me to say goodbye. You’ve been my friend through thick and thin And I’ll miss you, till we meet again. So memories we share are dreams beyond compare And none so dear to me as graduation ’83.
