Tom Hoffman is shown unex- pectedly giving the Response. The Swinging Singers 4-H group performs Pictured is the High School vocal group performing at the Band Banquet, at the Band Banquet. 8 Mr. Huskey is shown directing the nervous Jr. High Band. Mr. Huskey showing a con- cerned, worried look, wonder- ing how the banquet is going to go. Pictured at the right as the Jr. High Band played The Pink Panther”, Dacel Vleck, dressed as the Pink Panther entertained everyone. Each of the Seniors received a rose from the Band Mothers. Everyone received their Band pins and after that, Mr. Huskey discussed the contest at Harvard.

The tables were formally set in dark blue and light blue. Each place setting was highlighted with a mug with the theme on it. The centerpieces were brandy snifters with stationary carnations and a floating candle. Standing in the archway are Valerie Harre, Janet Miller, and Rena Lee. They are showing off the Junior Class style. Refreshments were served during the dance in an extravagent punch bowl with floating candles surrounding it. The entrance to the hall was a new arch decorated with white and dark and light blue pomps. It was set off by metallic streamers on the inside. 7

Here We Go Eagles, Here We Go! Randy York was this year's Athletic Banquet speak- Exeter’s own comedian, Tim Nicholas, was host of the banquet. Tim’s jokes er. He gave a very entertaining and humorous talk. added to the night’s entertainment. JJusty Ruhl received the “Outstanding Team Player’ award. The “Outstanding Senior Basketball Player’’ award went to Jim Horne and Doug Hall. Kay Ruhl is again presented the “Outstanding Girl Athlete’’ award.
