Pep, And Spirit The Pep Club this past year not only supported the boys at the games, but also off the field, making posters and selling buttons to get the entire community involved. The constitution was revised early in the fall with a new merit system, which included letters to be given out in the spring. The sugar shack was kept in tip-top condition and also received a little remodeling as space permitted. Homecoming was a huge success as the Pep Club girls decorated the gym and also took charge of the huge bonfire pep rally the night before. Then in February the annual Sweetheart dance took shape on the 17th as a joint effort of both the Pep Club and Y-Teens. Varsity Cheerleaders: Mary Jane Underwood, Sandy Klcmn, and Clara Manning.
