He is always rigging up something and needless to say, it doesn’t always work. His father, aspiring to be the next mayor, has invited the Committee of Law and Order to his home to prove how peaceful and normal his family life really is. Greg’s antics plus his uncle’s war on germs results in Mr. Marston’s loss of the Committee’s support. The only thing that saves Greg is that finally one of his inventions does work and helps the town capture desperate criminals. Betty Ann Marston Sally Peters .... Gladys Marston .. Farewell Lauhini Monica Harre MODERN PRODUCTS INC. ENGUERT DARREL LARSEN AUCTIONEERING rp SNEAK DAY On Friday morning, May 4, 1962, at 1:00 A. M. twenty-one very anxious Seniors waited in front of Bender’s Sinclair Station for a Continental Trailways bus which they had chartered for a trip to the Ozarks. After many anxious moments a big 39-passenger bus pulled up at the station. After packing all the food and suit- cases aboard and taping our sign on the side of the bus we were off on a long awaited journey. Our first delay was at the port-of-entry at Kansas. Due to the fact that some on the bus were 18 they were reluctant to let us into the state but after 45 minutes of contemplation they agreed to allow us to pass through but warned us not to return through Kansas. 7:30 A. M. found all tired Seniors a little hungry and Independence, Missouri was the city for our breakfast. The rest of the morning was spent riding across Missouri which looked much like Nebraska. At 12:15 P. M. we arrived at Bagnell Dam. Osage Beach, Missouri. However, since our reliable business manager left all the necessary information at home it took us quite a while to find our resort, Forresters Beach. The stay at the Ozarks was filled with many thrills including speed boat rides, water skiing, seaplane rides, a ride on a helicopter, tours through a reptile center, the dam, the Ozark Caverns, an excursion boat tour at night, a wiener roast, spiders in the beds, the purchase of an alligator, Dogpatch, much mountain climbing, a lot of food, and many enjoyable times. The Seniors arrived back in Exeter at 3:15 A. M. Sunday, May 7, 1962, much wiser, poorer, happier, more tired, sorry to be home, and still never regretting the good times we had.
