Carl W. Tague Boord ot Trustees... Phyllis S. Aegerter Raymond F. Hansen Reflecting the events of the past school year we Gnd that Excelsior's school district had an active board of trustees. As the board was responsible for supervision of all major policies concerning the district, they were confronted with many duties. Some of these duties included: set- ting the procedure for selecting text books and for de- termining course content, establishing standards of pupil behavior and performance, deciding how long the school day and school year would be and setting the tax struc- ture for the schools. These duties required much time and effort from each member of the school board. The students of Excelsior express their gratitude for the line work and active participation on the part of a dedi- cated school board. Regulated District Stonclords ffiff H. L. MacTaggart Venn W.
