This was the role played by the stu- dent iudges. They tried cases and fined the students accord- ing to seriousness of their crimes. Students were chosen on their - citizenship record and grades. Chuck Emerson, student I body vice-president, presided over the group. Consisting of one member selected from every council class, under the chairmanship of Bea Vigil, the House of Representatives was important to our pro- duction.
