This executive provided the administrative leadership for the entire school program. Included in his duties were the direction of public relations and the development of plans for school plants and facilities. He, with others, made possible The Excelsior Story.

The takes and retakes continued throughout the one hundred and seventy-seven days of the school year. Due to the efforts of these and others like them, the Pilot's story rolled on through both the good and the bad. Their advice and authority guided those who directed and performed.
