The second semester officers have introduced the new re- vised Constitution to Excelsior- ites. This Constitution offers more possibilities to the stu- dents. The government was effi- ciently managed by lay Boun- dy, president, and Virginia Har- rison, vice-president. The records and finances were handled by Anne Bender, secretary, and Ival Martin, treasurer. The control of the students was placed in the hands of Monte McGinty, ser- geantfat-arms.
