The Age of Knighthood! llvith these words, a vivid panorama passes before our eyes. Here, an armor-clad knight, amid clashing swords and colorful banners, kneels before the mighty King, in anticipation of adventure into unexplored lands-the great unknown. Smiling ladies surround the knight, each bearing a richly embroidered sleeve, a brilliant gem, tokens of their faith and devotion to the hero of their hearts. Often, we of this lllodern Age are prone to feel that the glanzour of those romantic days will never come again. But the Green and lVhite pictures our life in tlze twentieth century as even more colorful, romantic, and adventurous. Our spectacular accomplishments in the air prove the illinzitable held of present-day exploration, where the bounds of earth do not hold us . . . where the most distant parts of the shy seem to be possible of conquest.
