A WESTERN DAY SHINDIG AT EJH The latest in non-verbal communica- tion. Coach Wester looks happy. Western Day at Everitt is a chance for the P.E. classes to show off their square dancing abilities they learned in class. The judges pick their best groups from all the dancing and all the students get to watch the fun. Music and special presentations are pro- vided by the Ocean Opry gang whom we fondly know as the Raider family. They put on a fantastic show very much like the professional performances they give at the Ocean Opry. lt is great to have them come out to Everitt and share their time and talent with us. They even donated our contributions to the March of Dimes! THANKS from all of us to the Raiders! Come to think of it, we really didn't de- serve this! Ms. Smithson goes all out for Western Day in her Minnie Pearl hat and matching ensemble. The Raider Family helped Ms. Smithson with the assembly. Could it be true love? The thrill of victory because of the legs attached to his feet.
