P.E. Assistants Hold Their Own P.E. Assistants for 80-81: Left to right: Donald Turley, Sandy Alexander, Sandy Daddio, Sandy Zarones, Tracy Hodges, Bonnie Fearns, Tina Batson, Fran Walters, David May. The P.E. Assistants helped the P.E. teachers do an assortment of duties during each class period. They were responsible for roll call, ran errands, cleaned the office, and demon- strated exercises. Each teacher se- lected his own assistant for the en- tire year. uf

MR. and MISS EVEFRITT Everitt's faculty selected Da- ryl May and Karen Tinsley as the two most outstanding ninth grade students. They were chosen for their high academic excellence and for their enthusiastic partici- pation in all areas of life at Everitt. They represent the highest values of our stu- dents and our school. Karen Tinsley was an honor student and a member of the Beta Club. She sang in the Choir and worked in the photography class. Karen was a valuable member of the Volleyball, Basketball, and Tennis Teams. Daryl was an honor student and President of the Student Council. Daryl served as Historian for Beta Club and was also on the Student Advisory Com- mittee. Daryl took many of the pictures of student life for the Yearbook while working in Photography. He was a PE Assistant and also played Varsity Football, Bas- ketball and Golf.
