SIGMA SIGMA means having a SISTER SIGMA SIGMA begins each year with a group of ninth grade girls who are willing to be a big sister to an eighth grade girl. The ninth graders select their new members from a large group of eighth grade girls that petition for membership in the club. Each older girl becomes a Big-sis- ter to her Little-sister for the school year. This club raises money for special funds to be used at Everitt for the good of the whole school. It is a group of girls that gather in the name of friendship and guidance to help all its members feel at home in Eagle Country. STUDENT COUNCIL: Working for Us The Student Council gave the students at Everitt a strong voice in their representation as they worked to encourage scholarship, social activities and a closer association with students and teachers. Each elected member was required to maintain a high grade aver- age and to show leadership ability. President Daryl May and his ,Vice-President Kelle Williams led the members in their fund raising projects. Money from the projects went to make the school a more beautiful place. Treasurer Sherry Martin, Sec. Talana Land and Parliamentarian Lisa Dick worked closely with Ms. Jenings and Ms. Hindsman to make their work a success.
