ight Remembered Homecoming is one of the big- gest events of the year, creating a feeling of accomplishment for both the students, faculty and even par- ents. Spirit climbs to unite the school in a common interest. Each class, to meet the require- ments, must design and construct a float following the theme of that year's Homecoming. The 1970 theme was A Viking Pow-wow as the rivals were the Fairview Apaches. The classes had to name their float after a famous movie. The 1970 Homecoming will long be remembered, not only by the attendants but also the whole stu- dent body. lt is an important event for everyone i.n the community.
