Vi THE FRENCH CLUB The first meeting of Entre Nous the French Club was held September 26 by Miss Chapelle the club adviser and the Aalbu Vice President Ruth Esther SISVQTQ Secretary Treas urer Harriet Lucas Sergeant at Aims Mason Campbell The club seudied the customs of the French people and dis cussed several of their festivals The meetings of the year followed programs as follows A Halloween program October 2o a Chlistmas program December 13 a miscellaneous pro gram Januaiy 24 a heroic program February 28 Poisson dAvril CApr1l Foolb Maich 28 and a May Day program April 25 Unllke the custom of having club pins each member thi year received a unique French favor from the Christmas tree December 13 The meetings were concluded with games and refreshments 160 , ,R Y b 4 EQ ii 5 Q. , pf 'fy 1 It L , 1?
