faculty Miss Lentz, Mrs, Morgart, Mr. Bridge, Mr. Kennedy A graduate of Indiana State College, MISS EDLA M. LENTZ teaches geography to all pupils in Grades 7 and 8. She serves as adviser to the Junior Tri-Hi-Y Club and Grade 7. Her hometown is Indiana, Pennsylvania. Miss Lentz likes music, art, and all sports. MRS. MARJORIE MORGART, who teaches health and physical education, is an alumna of Lock Haven State College. She sponsors the cheerleaders and is a Junior Class adviser. Skiing, swimming, and traveling are her favorite pastimes. Mrs. Morgart resides at Bedford. Hunting and fishing occupy part of the spare time of ANDREW BRIDGE, who teaches in the Industrial Arts Department. He is a graduate of California State College. Mr. Bridge commutes daily from Portage, where he lives with his family of wife and three children. CHARLES KENNEDY, a graduate of Indiana State College, is Head of the Business Education Department. He teaches bookkeeping, typing, business mathematics, commercial geography, and office machines. Mr. Kennedy, one of the three advisers to the Senior Class, serves as an adviser to the business and typing staffs of the Warrior and the Parrot as well as to the Student Secretaries. His hobbies include listening to the Stereo and Hi-Fi, reading, growing roses, and shooting mark. Sixteen

Jamlhj. Mr. Foor, Mrs. Ritchey, Mr. Maslanik, Mr. Kaplan A graduate of Lycoming College, ROBERT FOOR teaches biology to all the Sophomores. He is adviser to the Camera Club and the Sophomore Class and is Head Baseball Coach. He enjoys basketball, baseball, football, hunting, and fishing. Mr. Foor is married and is the father of one daughter. MRS. WYNNEDITH RITCHEY, who hails from Missouri, teaches English 9, shorthand, and typing. She is an adviser to the Sophomore Class. She was graduated from William Woods Junior College and the University of Pittsburgh. Mrs. Ritchey's famliy of husband and three children leave her little free time to enjoy her hobbies of sewing, painting, and 4-H Club leadership. RONALD R. MASLANIK, who teaches mathematics and history, is a new member of our faculty this year. He is a graduate of Shippensburg State College and resides at Dudley with his wife and two children. Mr. Maslanik serves as an adviser to the Junior Class and enjoys sports of all kinds and playing the piano. Graduated from the Uhiversity of Scranton, PETER KAPLAN serves as Head Football Coach and teaches American History. He is also adviser to the Varsity Club and the Sophomore Class. Unmarried, Mr. Kaplan enjoys fishing and bowling in his leisure hours. Fifteen

Jaailiy Miss Shugert, Mrs. Ritchey, Mr. Donnelly, Mr. Fisher MISS MARLENE SHUGERT, an alumna of Juniata College, teaches French and Spanish. Her hometown is Huntingdon; and her hobbies include reading, music, roller skating, skiing, and foreign films. Miss Shugert is adviser to the Spanish Club. MRS. EVELYN S. RITCHEY, a graduate of Indiana State College, teaches home economics to Junior High girls and serves as adviser to the Junior F. H. A. Club. She is also Head of the Home Economics Department and an adviser to the Sophomore Class. Mrs. Ritchey and her husband live at New Enterprise. She enjoys crafts, sewing, and gardening. An alumnus of Lock Haven State College, GEORGE DONNELLY teaches Seventh Grade Mathematics and serves as one of the advisers to Grade 7. Mr. Donnelly commutes from Williamsburg. He enjoys sports and reading. The instructor of science to all pupils in Grades 7 and 8 is RAY M. FISHER. He also is adviser to the Junior High Science Club and Grade 8. A native of Bedford County and a graduate of Shippensburg State College, Mr. Fisher enjoys as his favorite pastime fishing, hunting, and traveling. His three children and his grandchildren occupy a good bit of his spare time also. Mr. Fisher is Head of the Science Department. Seventeen
