Yes, but the fiies got the towns all balled up. The foreman reported the jury was unable to agree upon a verdict. The judge said the ease was a clear one and added, If you do not reach an agreement before evening, I'll have twelve sup- pers sent in. May it please your honor, spoke up the fore- man, leering at one of the jurors, make it eleven suppers and a bale of hay. Housewife-'KIm afraid you're not very fond of Work. Hobo- VVhy should I be? It killed my poor wife. Gallman-- Last night I was Completely wrapped up in my thoughts. Hon. Kramer-You poor boy, you must have nearly frozen.
