The question of selecting a lifetime vocation was foremost in the minds of the students who at- tended last year's Career Conference. Represene tatives from many walks of life held meetings at which they answered the questions about their professions. The Career Clubs sponsored assembly period meetings. Experts from different fields talked to groups of students about their occupational preferences. New Trier was last year's host to College Night, which is alternately held at ETHS and NTHS. During the evening sessions students and their parents discussed problems with represen- tatives from colleges and universities all over the country. l 9
