The two delegates and two alternates were chosen on the basis of leader- ship, scholarship, and personality they had shown in their various school activities. 10 Girl Staters At Girl's State the three Junior delegates were instructed by qualified personnel in the Various fields of government and citizenship. Their activities were highlighted with campaign speeches for mock city and state elections, and a trip to Cheyenne on State Capitol Day. Ruth Bodine, Kaye Wilson, Russ Nye and Jack lVIcPhie joined with other music-wise students from all over Wyoming. STANDING: Ruth Bodine and Kaye Wilson, all-state chorus. SITTING: Russ Nye and Jack McPhie, all- state band.
