ational Honor Society Set high goals! No doubt the members of the Uinta Chapter of the National Honor Society of Secondary Schools did in scholar- ship, leadership, service and character. The twenty-six members of this organi- zation are the highest scholastically in their various classes and are willing to always work to the best of their abilities to try to strive for excellence. These members consider their member- ship in the National Honor Society one of the most important accomplishments, and truly an honor in their high school careers. They feel a satisfaction and a sense of comple- tion in having succeeded in reaching their goals. Whether dusting the trophy case, or striving to set the pace at EHS, the members are making their organization well known, as well as pointing up the significance of being a member of the National Honor Society. FOURTH ROW: Paul Barnard. uill and Scroll In an effort to raise the standards of the EHS Keyhole and Devil's Diary, the Evanston Chapter of Quill and Scroll, InternationalSociety was re-instated. The Chapter was named the Charles Schulz Chapter, Its purpose is to encourage and reward individual achievement in journalism. Applicants for membership must be in the upper third of their class and must have done superior work in some phase of journalism, Thespian Awards The Dramatic awards for the best Thespians of 1966 were given to four dynamic seniors, It takes a lot of determination to be deserv- ing of this honor and when these EHS troupers went into action we were assured outstand- ing performances and plenty of hard work, THESPIAN AWARDS: Sue Kearns, Best Supporting Actress Harriet Defa, Best Actressg Kaye Wilson, Best Actor Craig Marshall, Best Supporting Actor and Best Thespian
