It was a drama bubbling over with the fantastic dreams of Neil McRae, played by Lee Hayden. Ir was truly a colorful extravaganza in play productions, with pictorial and rhythmical symbols which became intensely distorted and abstract. The entire play with its gayly colored costumes and stellar cast was a smash hit. Those in the play were: Gary Myers, Wanda Courtney, Lois Walker, Adela Kosin- slci, Lee Hayden, Mary Scheibel, Phyllis Bowser, Betty Gifford, Tom West, Barbara Bryson, Ralph Ramsey, janet Quigley, Margaret Kollelc, Allan Zeman, Beverly Harvey, Dennis Marburger, Kay Barkley, Thomas Eclcenrode, Shirley Young, Walter Senn, Maxine Smith, Ruth Davis, Beverly Lintz, Sylvester Washington, Lucy Mae Iman, Mary Claire Straessley, Carol Hunter and Pat Davison. A WORD OF TRIBUTE This yearls basketball team cannot say much when it comes to winning gamesg although they did put up tough competition in some of the games. We are sure it shows more courage to lose a good many games and still have the high morale that our players had this year. The players started each and every game with the idea they were going to wing and if they lost, they decided they would win the next one. The team entered the Triacounty tournament this year and lost its first one to Shenango, but in the consolation they beat Bessemer and Slippery Roclcg and then in the finals, they lost to Mars by four points. The Varsit and unior Varsit teams would like to thanlc the coaches, Mr. . Y Y i . . Besneclcer, senior coach: and Mr. Adamcz lc, assistant coach for their atience and . . y , P instruction.
