The band also attended three parades: the Halloween Parades in Zelienople, Evans City, and the Armistice Day Parade in Butler. They again traveled to the Slippery Rock Home Coming Game at Slippery Rock College, and also participated in: Tri-Boro Festival in Nlay, County Band in March, and our own concert in April. This year four of our Cheerleaders graduate: Pat Saul, who has been active for three years. but had an appendix operation and was unable to cheer at a few of the basketball games this yearg Janet Hicks, who has been cheerleading for two yearsg Shirley Nulph. who has also been with the group two yearsg and Darlene Bowser, our loyal substitute who took the girls' places in their absence.
