i r r Esquires T he only students who wore the same outfit to football games as banquets were the Esquires, a service organization that represents the college. The 22 Esquires served as guides during College Days, worked as ushers at home football games, and elected to take tickets at the home basketball games. They also served at the various banquets held during Founders Week. In an effort to make the organization more like at club, the members met at the home of Eva Box, director of admis- sions, for several parties and other social events. Students were nominated by the different departments. They must have had at least a 3.0 grade point average and attended Evangel for one semester. Front row: Eva Box, advisor; Mary Barnett.
