They want to be intellectually alert and physically disciplined. In contrast, many EC students are quite serious about pursuing spiritual goals in an effort to better understand themselves, their relationships with God and other men . Mr . Doug Tarpley Communication Totally missing on the state campus was the beautiful tenderness of spirit which I have found in many EC students. In response to their warmth, teaching becomes an act of love . ' ' Miss Sandra Vekasy English The EC student relates his knowledge to Biblical principles . Mrs . Twila Edwards English From my association with students at Forensic tournaments from church-related and state universities, I would say that EC students vary as much in piety, scholarship, world outlook and personal morality as those students found on any other campus. Dr. Nonna Dalan Dramatic Arts ia... The EC student CHOSE EC. If he were a Christian attending a state university, his goals, his plans, his subjects, his life- style MIGHT not be different. But if he CHOSE EC, he obviously expects the school- faculty, environment, etc. , to MAKE the difference . Mrs . Pansy Collins English Most EC students are willing to work at clarifying their Christian world views. Many at state institutions are philosophically empty or are so crammed with materialism that they have never even thought of considering a Biblical world view . Dr .
