WEDDING UNITES CLASSES WEDDINGS ARE PERFORMED everyday, but the ceremony at Evangel is unique. The old student-new student wedding tra- ditionally unites the freshman class with the student body. President J. Robert Ashcroft read the service and Dean Klaude Kendrick gave the bride away in the chapel ceremony. As a symbolic bride and groom treading the aisle to the strains of the Lohengrin Wedding March, JoAnn Davis represented the freshman class and Don Beeman, student government president, the upperclassmen. Attendants were Marvin Allen, Nancy Brubaker, Ed Quigley, Beverly Leisy, Barbara Price, Dale Conway, Carole Abate, Del Wayne Nimmo, Joan Compton and Gary Cook.
