TAMERS AND TRAINERS LUCY ORENSTEIN Mrs. Orensfein, one of Evander's fine biology feachers, is a woman whose life is made rich by fhe enioymenf she derives from fhe sfudy of nafure. She is a graduafe of Hunfer College. Her chief inferesfs include reading, playing fhe piano, and faking an acfive inferesf in currenf affairs. She believes fhaf sfudenfs in Evander should become more conscious of evenfs in fhe world foday. BERNICE HESS Miss Hess has been 'reaching for six years, buf our commercial deparf- menf has known her for only fwo. She received her B.A. degree af Hunfer College and her masfer's degree af New York Universify. She fhen faughf af Grace Dodge and George Washingfon High School. She likes piano, fennis, and ping-pong and is an avid fheafer-goer. LOUIS A. BOLOGH Mr. Bologh is a graduafe of C.C.N.Y., where he received a Bachelor of Business Adminisfrafion and an M.S. in Educafion. He previously faughf af James Monroe and Theodore Roosevelf High Schools. He is fhe proud fafher of fhree lovely children. Mr. Bologh, who is also a cerfified public accounfanf, devofes much of his fime as faculfy adviser fo fhe Chess and Checker Club in Evander. MARY CANTER Mrs. Canfer, a well-known figure in fhe girls healfh-ed deparfmenf, is a graduafe of Girls High School in Brooklyn, Hunfer College, and Columbia Universify. ln college she maiored in chemisfry and physical educafion. Af Hunfer she enjoyed success in baskefball and hockey, and fhese fogefher wifh handball and golf, and a cify fencing fifle, are among her afhlefic achievemenfs.
