Band rchestra EUREKA JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL BAND The Eureka Junior High School Band, under the direction of Mr. Robert Armstrong, is composed of seventh, eighth and ninth grade students. They entertain at games and at some assemblies. , EUREKA JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL ORECHESTRA The Eureka Junior High School Orchestra is under the direction of Mrs. Marrianne Pinches. The activities of this group consists of many concerts and some school assemblies. 21

O Girls Physical Education leaders ofEJI-IS is under the advisorship of Miss Ortwein. The main pur- pose of this club is giving specially skilled girls a chance to com- pete against each other. The Lettermens 's Club under the advisory of Mr. Wm. Moore, is in their third year. They promote sports- manship and school spirit. NNW The Redwood Log Staff, under the supervision of Mr- Waters puts out all of E.J.H.S. papers The Red- wood Log , every three or four weeks.
