Band rchestra EUREKA JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL BAND The Eureka Junior High School Band, under the direction of Mr. Robert Armstrong, is composed of seventh, eighth and ninth grade students. They entertain at games and at some assemblies. , EUREKA JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL ORECHESTRA The Eureka Junior High School Orchestra is under the direction of Mrs. Marrianne Pinches. The activities of this group consists of many concerts and some school assemblies. 21

The Drama Club, under the direc- tion of Mr. Coon, has students in- terested in acting and speech. Here are a few students, as they pose in costumes they used for the EJHS Christmas Program. The Chess Club under the direction of Mr. J. Jurick, is for kids who are willing to stress their ability in a popular game and it also provides a good activity for looking on too. Home Ec. students taught by Mrs. Puryear is a ninth grade elective course. They learn how to made many delicious things and how to serve them.
