Jw Merry Christmas! ! ! The Hi-Y club of '50-'51 had a very prosperous year. Under the leader- ship of Jack Han and Harold Brooks, sponsors, and Stanley Marshall, pres- ident, many useful things were accomplished. A basketball team was organized and suits were purchased for the team out of the Hi-Y treasury. The membership of the club was not the largestin history, but when they attended church they had a. larger representation than any other club has ever had. On February 20, the club held afather-son chili feed and invited all of the male faculty. Three different sport films were shown. The club was also very active in purchasing Christmas decorations for the inside and outside of the school building. All in all the club feels that it has made worthwhile achievements toward its purpose and its platform.
