A Eureka is fortunate in having a Board of Education who are intensely interested in the educational progress of Eureka Public Schools. They are to be congratulated upon their vision and forward look. SUPERINTENDENT OF SCHOOLS Mr. W. C. Kampschroeder during more than a decade of service in the Eureka School system has demonstrated that he ranks high as a school administrator. He is admired by all with whom he works for his insight into school and community problems and his willingness and ability in helping to solve them. During the past year, together with the Board of Education, he has ably supervised the construction of the new addition to the high school building, a project which he has long de- sired, and which is now cz reality. Miss Lela Mae Hart, secretary to the superintendent of schools and the Board of Education, is completing her second year in the office. Efficient and willing to work. Lela Mae is to be commended for her services to E.H.S.

During the six years that Mr. Ward has taught in Eureka High School he has proved to be a teacher who is always willing to help students. fellow teachers, and school organizations in whatever capacity he may be called upon to serve. The past three years he has be n principal of the Senior High School. During his administration he has proved his ability s an administrator and teacher by his sound counsel and high quality leader- ship. Mr. Budd has won the cooperation of the students and faculty by his high ideals and understanding interests in all school affairs, no matter how trivial. He has contributed much to the school and community. Our Principal is indeed a true friend of everyone.
